Every piece of jewelry we produce is 100% customized, and most of our diamonds and gemstones are purchased on behalf of our clients specifically for each piece of jewelry. This also means that we cannot retrieve the item and cannot keep it as inventory for other customers. Therefore, we will not accept returns, refunds or cancellations after you have paid for the stones or after you have accepted the final proposal to start production (whichever comes first).
Please don't worry, when it comes to the high-end jewelry you and we jointly design, just being almost perfect is far from enough! If you are not satisfied with the jewelry made by onlinecustomjewelry.com, we will provide you with free modification or remake services until you are satisfied.
